It’s almost that time of year again — Macworld/iWorld! Attending this “best place for all things Apple” conference is just one of the highlights of my year. It gives me a chance to meet face-to-face with Mac-lovers worldwide to talk about solutions we have at xTuple for their business.
Whether you’re a manufacturer, distributor, or manage a bit of both worlds, I’m looking forward to letting you “test drive” the xTuple Mobile Web application. You’ll have a chance to see how it’s fully interoperable and works on the classic Desktop client and the Apple iPad and iPhone.

This year, Macworld/iWorld is Thursday, March 27 — Saturday, March 29 at the Moscone North in San Francisco, California (USA). Show organizers tell us the conference agenda will include over 50 Tech Talks and that 77% of the 25,000+ attendees say they’ll be there to discover the upcoming releases and test out the new technology. Don’t miss out on all of the new Apple-related goodies and must-haves, too!

Wally Tonra
Wally has been with xTuple since 2004 and in ERP sales since the mid-1990s. After all that time selling vendor-centric, proprietary enterprise software, moving to an open source, Mac-friendly ERP package was a natural evolution. Prior to xTuple, Wally spent 10 years at JD Edwards, which was eventually acquired by Peoplesoft, in various sales and sales management positions. He made the move to xTuple before Oracle took over both Peoplesoft and the former JDE. Prior to JD Edwards, Wally held sales positions at ERP software company Daly.commerce (formerly Daly and Wolcott), hardware supplier XL/Datacomp and storage vendor EMC. Wally holds a B.S. from Boston College, where the Mac fanaticism all began.
