I'm sensing a range of emotions

It hasn't always been easy being the only empath at xTuple.  Often times customers come to me with a mixed bag of overwhelming emotions: anticipation, fear, optimism, anger, joy, surprise, and relief all at once.  It's my job to help you work through these feelings and roll out the software with positive results.

I can usually sense the needs of the customer in advance of any meetings or conversations which helps me to direct my focus on specific issues that are of greatest concern rather than wasting time on trying to figure out what the customer is thinking.  My telepathic abilities may not be as strong as a full blooded Betazoid, but my abilities have provided our customers with a strong sense that xTuple is a company who empathizes and understands their unique business.

What's more, when I visit customer sites I always make sure to bring along my favorite treat to share, chocolate!
