Arena BOMControl (http://www.arenasolutions.com) is a cloud-based solution for bill of materials (BOM) and change management, which bridges the gap between design, engineering and manufacturing with a controlled, centralized way to manage changes to product data. If you currently use Arena BOMControl to manage your BOMs, or if you would like to use it, and you want to integrate the BOM data with your xTuple ERP system, this custom solution is the answer for you.
The Arena/xTuple Integration Package contains add-ons to xTuple ERP that allow xTuple to import Arena data as XML files. The solution allows for an initial insert of BOM data, and supports periodic one-way updates from Arena BOMControl to xTuple ERP. This allows you to continue to store and manage BOMs in Arena (if that is your preference) and to use the imported BOM data in xTuple to drive purchasing and manufacturing processes.
When you purchase this solution, you will be contacted within one business day to schedule installation and integration. You will receive up to 5 hours of integration support from us, to assist with analyzing your Arena data in preparation for importing into xTuple, and making configuration changes to the XML import template as needed. Note: Arena Solutions may charge a separate fee to export your data from their database, which is not included here.
