End of Life Policy
Here at xTuple, we pride ourselves on a high-quality product created — in concert with our corporate development team — by a hard-working community of customers, partners and open source users worldwide, and we encourage everyone to keep moving forward with increasingly more modern releases of our software.
Guidelines for "end of life" policy regarding supported versions
xTuple provides commercial support for the past seven (7) minor releases of the Software. For example, if the current shipping release is 4.6.0, then xTuple would support versions 3.8.4 through 4.6.0.
Any specific releases deemed unsupportable will be listed below; if you are running an unsupportable release, please contact xTuple to arrange for an upgrade. Also check the Support Portal and and Compatibility Matrix below.

Built-in tension is often the norm with software vendors and users still on older versions. Users get comfortable with stable product releases, and let's be honest, sometimes software companies put out some real stinkers. We get it! One of our favorite online resources online is OldVersion.com.
