The CRM and ERP industry is dominated by a handful of very powerful offerings, but they are far from the only option when one of these software solutions is needed.
Business software leader xTuple, for example, has released new version (4.10) of its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) package and the improved functionality is certainly worthy of note.
The xTuple 4.10 final release fixed over 300 bugs reported by the company's open source community and includes nearly 100 new features, including and most notably Dashboards and Workflow Management.
"The new xTuple Dashboards commercial extension is our response to the #1 most requested feature from our commercial customers," said Ben Thompson, product manager for xTuple ERP. "It adds fine-grained, user-defined Dashboards throughout the xTuple desktop client, that feature Key Performance Indicator (KPI) charts and visualizations specific to your job."
The software is available for download from xTuple's GitHub community repository as well as the xTuple open source project page on SourceForge.
